All prices are excluding city tax, per person, per day and they are all including the WiFi, beach service (sun umbrella and two sun beds), parking place (not covered directly at the Hotel or in a garage at around 900m from the Hotel with shuttle-service at arrival and departure) and use of the bicycles for up to one and a half hour.

Discounts for children
Children in the room with parents:
- Up to 6 years: 50% discount
- Up to 12 years: 30% discount
- 3rd or 4th person in triple or Family room over 12 years: 20% discount
General conditions
Check-in:
Check-in from 13.00 until 22.00 - Check-out until 10.30
If you should arrive in delay, please inform us on time.
Penalty:
Arrivals in delay, earlier departure, last-minute cancellation: the payment of the whole amount of the room will be required; a reimbursement can be done only if the room can be rented to someone else – in this case, we will ask you for your bank details.
Pre-payment:
The pre-payment guarantees our guests access to the non-refundable rate (it’s a rate with 10% discount on the list price). The deposit can’t be reimbursed, it’s approximately 30% of the cost estimate and has to be accorded with the Hotel in advance. Please indicate always your surname and arrival day as cause for the bank transfer.
